I hope you find as I do, that participating
in a regular yoga session with others can be a great support
to your personal practice. It always is a pleasure to unfold
my mat, close my eyes, check my breath, and begin yoga. But I
do miss practice with all of you old friends and look forward
to meeting new friends. We never really know what the next breath
will be like, or what the next pose will have to offer. It will
be interesting and fun to discover and rediscover this lovely
practice. I do hope to see you in the classes. |

If you sign up for a class on a certain day, and you are unable to attend, you can make up that class by coming to any other class in that 10 week period. For those who have come to classes before, please let me know what class you plan on attending, and you can make payment when you come for the first class. Please register early as I expect registration will be quite heavy, and I don't want to over book classes. Level 1 or Basic level is for those who are new to the practice. Level 2 are for those who have had previous experience. In any case, you can still work in any way you feel comfortable. You can contact me here. I look forword to seeing you in the class. I feel privileged to continue teaching classes both at Wellspring Niagara as well as Wellspring in Halton for cancer patients and their caregivers. I will have a number of items for sale including bolsters, sandbags, and belts There will be a pricelist at the classes. If you would like to register for classes let me know by e-mail or at the classes or you can call me at 905-945-5650 my home number. In my next update I will give you my mobile where you can call me or preferably text me. |
